Return & Refund Policy – Vosstiq
At Vosstiq, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, reach out to us at info@vosstiq.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on where and how to send your package back. Please note — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@vosstiq.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. If you're unsure about your specific item, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. This keeps things fast and straightforward on both ends.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your item — no reason needed. The same conditions apply: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, contact us at info@vosstiq.com.
